The Living Room is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization that depends on grants, donations and fundraisers to sustain its program.  Currently 85%-90% of our funding comes from community support.  Please lend your support to our efforts by donating in any of the following ways:

Donate by check.  Make checks payable to "The Living Room" and send to The Living Room Center, 1207 Cleveland Avenue, Santa Rosa, CA 95401.

Donate Online with a Credit Card
.  Click on the DONATE ONLINE button (above) from any page on this website, or click here.  See our Privacy Policy.  You may choose to make a one time or a recurring donation. Unfortunately, we DO NOT ACCEPT AMERICAN EXPRESS Cards at this time. Please feel free to call us at 579-0138 ext. 0 if you need assistance.

Donate Gift Cards - Gift cards are used to purchase food and other essential items used to operate The Living Room program.

Pledges.  Spread your annual gift throughout the year by pledging a specific amount each month. Pledges can be made by check or credit card.

Corporate Matching Gift Program – Help your company give to The Living Room while making your own personal tax deductible donation. Many large companies have Matching Gift Programs that will double your personal gift or give a sum (often up to $500) to a non-profit organization. Please check your company's website or call your Human Resources Department to find out if they have this program. Even if you are not employed by a company that offers matching gift opportunities, you may know someone -- a relative, neighbor of friend who does.  Let them know that their personal and matching corporate gift will be well invested.  To arrange for a matching gift to The Living Room, please contact Cheryl Parkinson, Executive Director, at 707-579-0138 or CParkinson@thelivingroomsc.org.

Legacy Gift – Think beyond one’s lifespan and imagine how much good could be done by remembering The Living Room in your estate. A legacy gift or bequest can be made through annuities and other financial arrangements, or more simply through a will or living trust naming The Living Room as beneficiary of a bank account, life insurance policy, retirement plan, real estate holding,  or other bequest.  Gifts large and small are important.  For more information, please contact Cheryl Parkinson, Executive Director, at 707-579-0138 or CParkinson@thelivingroomsc.org.

Memorial Gift - Honor someone special by making a tribute gift.  It is an excellent way to recognize someone dear to you who has passed, or to celebrate a special occasion, such as a birthday, anniversary or holiday.  If someone has made a difference in your life, there's no better way to honor them than to make a difference in the lives of people in need.  For more information, please contact Cheryl Parkinson, Executive Director, at 707-579-0138 or CParkinson@thelivingroomsc.org
